Chef Muhamad Fhaizal
Chef Muhamad Fhaizal has 15 years of experience in the culinary industry. He started off by just being a part time steward – washing pots, pans and plates at JW Marriott and showed immense interest in being a chef. With his passion in tow, he approached a chef while working at JW Marriott expressing his interest to work in the kitchen hotel. From this humble beginning, he continues to gain more experience and knowledge: working in various restaurants in Kuala Lumpur; in the process accumulating and creating interesting culinary skills. Currently this award-winning chef is working as the Head Chef at The Red Beanbag, Publika Kuala Lumpur
