Pada zaman sekarang, bihun bukan lagi hidangan wajib minum petang. Bihun boleh dimakan sebagai sarapan, makan tengah hari dan juga waktu malam! Apa yang menarik tentang resepi bihun* ini bukanlah tentang rasa bihun ini sebaliknya jumlah udang yang banyak diletakkan di dalamnya! Mudah dan cepat dimasak, inilah hidangan sempurna masyarakat moden Malaysia hari ini.

Bukan peminat makanan laut? Anda seorang vegetarian? Ubah suai resepi ini menurut citarasa anda**.

Bahan-Bahan

  • Bawang besar dihiris
  • Cili kering
  • Tauchu
  • Bawang putih
  • Gula
  • Udang


Cara-Cara

  1. Didih kelapa parut dalam air panas sehingga keluar santan.
  2. Didih santan sehingga dapat tahi minyak.
  3. Goreng bahan-bahan di atas sehingga wangi.
  4. Kemudian bahagikan bahan-bahan menggoreng (tauhu, kucai, udang) kepada bahagian tertentu.
  5. Masukkan bihun.
  6. Untuk kuah-guna baki bahan yang sama tetapi tambahkan gula.
